He began his entrepreneurial journey early, founding his first tech venture in high school. He later joined the legendary HP Labs in Palo Alto as a product engineer before moving to Cisco, where he helped build & scale multiple billion-dollar intelligent products. Throughout his career, he has created lasting enterprise value across product development, GTM, corporate strategy, enterprise IT, and executive leadership—delivering impact across every growth stage.
A longtime advocate for inclusive innovation, Tomás has held board chairmanship roles with the Austin Hispanic Chamber, Mission Capital, Austin Ed Fund, and EGBI.
